HEALING FROM WITHIN
Hello, I’m Lori Fox, Certified TaoTouch® Chi Nei Tsang Practitioner based in Santa Fe, NM.
My work is rooted in exploring how we can live full, busy lives while still bringing the principles of healing and mindfulness into our everyday experience. What does it mean to hold a career, meet life’s responsibilities, and yet move forward without chronic stress, anxiety, or pain in the body? This is the question that guides my practice.
I have studied psychology throughout my adult life, always sensing that something was out of balance—both in society and within myself. My personal journey has been one of seeking more joy, freedom, and health, even when that path required stepping away from what is considered “normal.” In healing from PTSD, moving beyond survival mode, and reconnecting with the simple essentials of life, I discovered a new way of being.
Chi Nei Tsang was a turning point. It helped me become aware of the places within myself that needed attention—and with that awareness came a profound release and deep healing on many levels.
Today, through Dragonfly Chi & Vitality, I share these tools and practices with others. I offer treatments, classes, and retreats designed to help you reconnect with your body’s wisdom and reclaim your vitality. Offering dream translation through the Chinese 5 elements system and coaching on partnering with the subconscious through dreamtime to accelerate the healing process.
THE SPACE
Located south of Santa Fe Place Mall in the Office Court Drive complex, Aspen Wellness Center provides affordable accupuncture in a quiet and serene space Monday through Friday, by appointment only.
Dragonfly Chi & Vitality provides TaoTouch® CNT Friday through Sunday.
Overlapping appointments can be made with both practitioners on Friday.
DAY RETREATS
Join us in our beloved Land of Enchantment for a full day of connection where transformational treatments, yoga, soundbath, workshop, and delicious food await!
Book your own travel and accommodations in Santa Fe or Abiquiu, and we will provide a Saturday of rejuvination for groups of 4-6 people.
