EYE QI GONG
Daily
Rub the palms together until you feel heat then place the palms over the eye sockets to warm them up.
(Do the following eye movements until you do not feel any tight places in the eye muscles or until you feel them loosen. Be sure to keep your breath going.)
Look left and right
Look up and down
Look upper right to lower left
Look upper left to lower right
Roll the eyes to the right (clockwise)
Roll the eyes to the left (counter-clockwise)
