SLEEPING

Naps & Night Time

Sleep and rest truly are our greatest healers. Healing requires change. We cannot continue in our old ways and expect a healthy outcome - that is insanity. To experience something new, we must try something new.

The healing process of CNT requires much rest in order to digest the emotional charges that are being released. During the healing process, it is to be expected that we will want to sleep longer at night and take a nap during the day.

Can’t sleep? Skip to the “Sunning” section until your serotonin and melatonin levels are balanced again.

SPRING/SUMMER: Sleep 8-10 hours/night

AUTUMN/WINTER: Sleep 10-12 hours/night

NAPS: Whatever brings you energy!

I do well with a 15-minute nap but I know others who take 2-hour naps. Do what you can. If you work in an office lay your head on your desk or go to your car for 15-minutes.

Benefits Of Sleeping Include

  • Boosts Immune System

  • Lowers Risk for Diabetes and Heart Disease

  • Decreases Stress
